What is Depression?

Depression is a common but serious mental health condition characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in daily activities. Depression affects both mental and physical health, impacting how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. Effective treatments for depression typically involve a combination of therapies that address both the psychological and physical aspects of the condition. Common treatment options include:
